Under this program, the Tenant can choose any house from the pool of investors' properties to rent with the goal of buying it before the end of the tenancy term (up to 4 Yrs) at a future locked price. This program can be attractive to buyers, especially those who expect to be qualified for their own mortgage within the next four years. The tenants will become owners of the property once their resources are available during the tenancy term. Under this program, the tenant comes up with an offer deposit of 3% of the house value which is credited towards their down payment at the time of buying the house.
The tenant also becomes eligible to get a Matching Bonus for up to $500 each month (based on the property value) which is also credited towards their down payment at the time of closing. Even if the house's market price increases more than the future locked price at the time of closing, then the tenant will still pay the locked price!
