Tenant Move-In inspection is one of the most important task when tenant moves in for the first time. Inspector will inspect all walls, ceiling, doors, windows, flooring, lights and mark all rooms which needs repairs, take pictures of damages and have tenants to sign off . Move-out inspection report is prepared when the tenant moves out at the end of the lease term to note down if any additional damages are found as compared to the Move-In inspection report.
